Combined with passion — Shaeneez Sultana is a Medicinal Chemist and Medical Aesthetician with an extensive U.S. based education, clinical experience and hands-on leadership.

She studied Medicinal Chemistry at the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo, where she built a strong foundation in chemistry, pharmacology, and biological systems. Later completing her clinical training as a Master Aesthetician at the Aveda Institute NY, refining a science-led approach to skin health and aesthetic care.

Her career includes operating and owning treatment centers in the United States, working closely with advanced aesthetic protocols, physicians, and diverse client needs. This hands-on leadership experience shaped a results-driven, medically guided approach that prioritizes biology, safety, and long-term skin health.

Her expertise in medical aesthetics and skin science has been featured in U.S. news media, where she has been interviewed and recognized as an authority in the field.

Recognizing the need and void in evidence-based, medically guided aesthetic care in Malaysia, Shaeneez brings this expertise and over a decade of experience back to her home country. Here she educates, consults and works along-side local leading physicians and dermatologists in the subject.

She now leads a practice focused on medically guided, biology-first treatments, supported by exclusive medical-grade skincare not available directly to consumers, delivering results that prioritize long-term skin health and sustainable rejuvenation.
